The following information should help you determine what you need to provide to Cartersville Little League for your player to be eligible to play. 

Returning players to CLL will need the following:

• Completion of online registration, prior to uniform sizing
• Little League Medical Release Form This is only required of any information has changed from the current one on file.
  
• If you have played with CLL before, we keep meticulous files and already have your birth certificate on file!

New to CLL players living INSIDE the Little League boundaries will need the following:

• completion of online registration, prior to uniform sizing
• copy of their birth certificate
• medical release form Little League Medical Release Form
• parent signature on the school enrollment form (for those in districted schools listed below)

If you attend the following schools, you are considered INSIDE our boundaries, regardless of your physical home address: 

• Allatoona Elementary

• C. A. Roberts Elementary

• Cartersville Primary

• Cartersville Elementary

• Cartersville Middle 

• Cartersville High

• Clover Leaf Elementary 

• Burnt Hickory Elementary

• Emerson Elementary

• Excel Christian Academy

• Floyd L Shelton Elementary

• Mission Road Elementary

• Red Top Middle School

• Roland W. Russom Elementary

• Vaughan Elementary

• Woodland High

New to CLL players living OUTSIDE our district will need the following: 

• completion of the online registration, prior to uniform sizing
• a copy of their birth certificate
• medical release form Little League Medical Release Form
• three (3) proofs of identification, dated within 1 year of the start of the season Little League Proofs of Residency Groups
