Becoming a Little League Volunteer

Cartersville Little League relies on devoted adult and youth volunteers to help ensure the organization run smoothly so that we can provide an exemplary little league experience for the players within our district. No experience is required, and while a majority of volunteers are parents of little leaguers, you don't need to be a parent to volunteer. There are numerous areas where the league can use your help. Field maintenance, fundraising, event coordination, event staffing, assistance in the concession stand or making announcements at the games are just a few of the many areas where your skills are needed and you can make a difference.

Why Should I Volunteer?
The Cartersville Little League is always looking for responsible and enthusiastic individuals to support and coordinate Little League events and activities. As a volunteer, you should have a keen interest in the safety, well-being, and overall development of all children. All parents of children involved in our program are strongly encouraged to volunteer. As a parent volunteer, you have the opportunity to spend quality time with your child in a safe, fun-filled environment. Volunteering allows your life and your child's life to interset on common ground, with shared interests and goals.

How do I Sign Up?
If you are interested in giving back to your child or our community in this way, please email us at [email protected]. A photocopy of your driver's license will be required. Completed applications (with driver's license) can be emailed to [email protected] or printed and submitted to our mailing address.
